While Week felt strange eating salad at am, I for pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. I bought mixed greens. Simply use highly perishable foods like berries early in the week and longer-lasting foods, like broccoli, later in the week. This beautiful, colorful salad was delicious, and contained diet serving of vegetables in the greens, and two servings of fruit. I do a combination of strength training, HIIT, and yoga four to five times a week. I devour fruits and vegetables.
